Kandariya Mahadev Temple
Built in the 9th and 10th centuries by the Chandela dynasty, the Kandariya Mahadev Temple features over 800 sculptures of gods and goddesses, beasts, warriors, maidens, dancers, musicians and the erotic scenes for which the temples of Khajuraho are famous.
