Nawalgarh
Kamal Morarka Haveli Museum

The Morarka family fled Sikar early in the nineteenth century and found refuge in Nawalgarh where they established their business. Morarka Haveli is one of many havelis, temples and wells built by the family. Located near Naya Bazaar, it was built in 1900 by Shri Jairamdasji Morarka. The frescoes depict both traditional motifs and images reflecting the social, economic and political influences of the Raj.
