Game Drives from Myumbani Collection Migration Camp
In the early morning sun a lion perches on a kopji.
On another kopji a leopard surveys the surrounding grasslands.
We see the cheetahs hunting during the day.
Later we see a waterhole being visited by a herd of zebra.
They watch us a bit nervously.
Nearby we see proof that the herd has been the victim of recent predation.
Getting too close does not seem prudent.
The first sight of a crowded hippo pool takes me by surprise because of the way it blends into the surrounding countryside.
