Perforation Error on Cosmonaut's Day Issue of 1978
On April 12, 1978 Cuba issued a set of six stamps to commemorate Cosmonaut's Day. The pair of stamps at the bottom shows a perforation error with the bottom part of the stamps being imperforate and the bottom row of perforations running at the top of Cuba.
