Horta
Post Card for Foreign Destinations
Horta is a district of Portugal in Azores consisting of the islands of Pico, Fayal, Flores and Corvo. It had its own stamps from 1892 to 1905 when its stamps were replaced by those of Portugal. This pre-stamped post card for mail to international destinations is imprinted with the design of the King Carlos definitive issue of 1897-1905.
